After reading the reviews, was wary about using ... spent time talking to support because I was able to reproduce ...
1. Connection failures
I was logged in on website at same time as trying to login on app ... not sure why, but they enforce a one log in at a time policy ... logout of website and then try app ... for me, that fixed connection issue.
2. Username not saved.
This one actually is because of 1 above ... one I fixed 1, and got a successful login, my username was saved.
3. Login failure due to User Agreement.
Simple ... log into website, go under User Preferences and view agreements ... make sure they are all checked, else it wont let you log in.
All of this are pain in ... CIBC could at least give better pop up / error msgs ... but, so far, app does work.
Now if they would only update app and bring in TouchID ...
